This refrigerator works very well for my storage needs. I like the smooth moving drawers and versatile door storage and quiet operation.. It holds the interior temperature of frig and freezer at a steady point and keeps more perishable food like produce fresh and crisp for a good length of time. After about six months, I did have a problem with the water dispenser, which kept dripping after releasing the paddle. After several service calls didn™™t resolve the issue, the vendor I purchased it from replaced the unit I had with a new identical refrigerator. So far, no water dispenser problems. I am happy this appliance was under warranty and am very happy with my service support.

This is a great Fridge I like the inside configuration, ice produces at a quick rate, and seems to maintain temperatures very well. The only downside being it is a Counter depth model is the small Freezer compartment. Not a lot of room for buying in bulk or larger size boxes.

The fridge is very nice. Lots of room in the freezer and the fridge. My only complaint would be that the water dispenser hose cracked within 5 months of owning it. It was fixed and covered under the 1 year warranty however.

If I could give negative stars I would. I purchased my refrigerator in the fall of 2022 and have had service out here three times since. The freezer had frost at least 6 inches thick. The door interior of the freezer was falling off. The door wouldn't stay closed causing the freezer to malfunction. The refrigerator currently stopped working again causing my food to defrost again (3x). This refrigerator is a lemon and probably refurbished! Home Depot and Frigidaire do not stand behind their product!!!

The freezer door gasket is poorly made, and allows air to escape from the freezer. The door should be assembled better. A repair man had to come and fix it even fixed. I™™m not happy with it. as the gasket should be tighter.

This is one of the worst Refrigerators out there. There are random hot and cold zones inside the fridge where food either spoils very quickly or freezes even though it's nowhere near the freezer. Very disappointed in the purchase.

Issues with my new Frigidaire Refrigerator:1. Can't find filters for vegetable drawers - the three parts companies listed on the Frigidaire website do not stock them.2. The outside corners of the doors have very sharp steel edges. Sharp enough to cut fingers. These corners should have been eased or welded with smooth edges.3. It is necessary to open both refrigerator doors at once to access the deli drawer - would be better to have two separate drawers that each could be opened with only one drawer open.4. The packing plastic wrap is embedded in seals around the doors - it is very hard to remove.

We went from a side by side refrigerator to the French door with bottom freezer, wow what a difference to be able to see everything! The lighting is great! Also the smaller size ice cubes fit into water bottles much easier than the old smiley face shape! Only downside is the fingerprint issue. My old stainless refrigerator did not show fingerprints, I need to learn how to keep my new one looking shiny and clean.

Just moved into a new home and the refrigerator was included. Had to review the manual to see how to turn off the alarm after a power failure on Christmas Eve. Interesting to see the steps needed to reset the alarm and to turn off the ice maker to empty the bin. Overall the refrigerator is working well

Easy storage, lots of space, easy to use controls to edit settings. Have not had for more than a 3 weeks but seems to be good. Very easy to smudge but I guess I should have paid $300 more for the smudge proof one. We will see how time wears on this machine but so far it is going good.

When my LG fridge went out unexpectedly and ruined my floor, I rushed down to Home Depot and was drawn the the Frigidaire. I have a Frigidaire microwave/oven combo that has never given me a bit of trouble. I like the bright lights inside, and the large vegetable drawers. I also like the water/ice dispenser. The self-closing door is great. The lighting is the best. The display panel is very good. But the Freezer drawer was either built wrong or damaged during shipment and frost lines the freezer. Also, we'd like the top drawer in the freezer to come out when the drawer is opened.

I bought this refrigerator 2 months ago. All was fine until I noticed 2 things just this week. First off, after using the water dispenser I've noticed it drips for about 10-15 seconds after use. Supposedly this is a common problem with this model though as annoying as it is that's not the worst of it. The more pressing issue is that when I use the dispenser, water starts leaking out of the top of the fridge and then drips down the side creating a puddle on the floor. I'm very disappointed in this model.

We replaced a larger Frigidaire with the counter depth model and we find that the space is enough for us. It's less cu ft but the set up of the shelves and doors in the new fridge make it seem like we haven't lost any space. Also the area around the fridge seems so much bigger with the counter depth fridge - we love it.

It works fine. I've spent a lot of time trying to remove the shrink wrap plastic. The delivery guys installed the handles with the shrink wrap so I had to unscrew to get at it. Also there is wrap remaining because it was put on before some of the fridge parts so I can't get to an edge to pull it off

I really do love this refrigerator/freezer! The counter-depth fit perfectly in my kitchen and it is very roomy - seems to hold much more than my old side-by-side two door fridge. I really wanted the water access on the outside so I wouldn't have to open the door every time I refill my water glass, and it was important to me to have ice access here as well. Many other models with exterior water access do not have ice on the door since the ice maker is in the bottom freezer. I was so happy to find this model that has the water/ice combo on the door. There is still plenty of storage on the left fridge door as the designers build shelving around the water unit. My only complaint so far is that the ice maker is louder than I like (I don't mean during use, I mean at random times throughout the day). I am also happy that the exterior is magnetic because my baby likes to play with magnets on the doors while I'm working in the kitchen. Not all stainless steel appliances are magnetic, and I didn't know if this would be at time of purchase because I couldn't find that info in the specs or in reviews, so I was really happy upon delivery to find out that it was. I highly recommend!

The refrigeration runs most of the time, and it's quite loud. I can hear in the room next door. Drawers seem like they might break soon. French doors are not even with each other. Not sure if this is due to a leveling issue or the frig itself.

I™™ve had the refrigerator for only about 3 weeks but so far it™™s been fine. Water and ice work, the inside is spacious and it™™s quiet. Some of the door shelves are a little odd shaped due to the through the door water, and less useful because of that, but I have enough room in the others. My only complaint is that it™™s not fingerprint resistant - at all. It marks easily and doesn™™t clean up readily which is disappointing. But it looks nice and works well so far, and I™™m hoping for a long and trouble free run.

I purchased a stainless steel fridge, it's very dull surface, not shiny like my other one, it's working fine so far but I only had it for 2 weeks so far, the crisper drawer supposed to have filter in it, but it's not included, I had to purchase it myself, the water dispenser drips after you remove the glass, which is very annoying, it fits nicely as a counter deep appliance.

I'm not happy with my new Frigidaire. From the beginning it has been too loud and makes random humming/vibration noises. Also, any food touching the back of the fridge freezes. When I called a few time I received answers like, "mine makes that noise too and I just have to get used to it" and just don't let your food touch the back of the refrigerator". REALLY??!!
